Asbestos Abatement
Smoke Travels Farther Than Fire
Fire damage is only the beginning.
Smoke, soot, and toxic residue travel far beyond the original source.

The process begins with certified testing and the establishment of containment zones using heavy plastic sheeting and negative air pressure machines. A critical component of this protection is the use of specialized respiratory protective equipment (RPE); workers must wear NIOSH-rated N100 or P100 respirators, often full-face models — which are designed to filter out 99.97% of airborne particles. The abatement concludes with a thorough cleanup using HEPA-filtered vacuums and wet-wiping, followed by independent air clearance testing to confirm the area is safe for re-occupancy.
